Meet Dr. Roz

Dr. Roselyn Ranon, NMD is a licensed and certified Naturopathic Medical Doctor: In addition, Dr. Roz holds a certification in Advanced Metabolic Endocrinology and fellowship in Metabolic, Nutritional and Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona, but her love for holistic medicine started long before that.

Roz competed as a bodybuilder and closely followed a strict diet for the sport. She was in peak physical condition, but she felt tired and lethargic all the time. Her doctor couldn’t find anything that looked out of place but she was determined to find the answer.

Finally, Roz went to a Naturopathic doctor that took a different approach. This Naturopathic doctor spent time getting to know her life by asking about things like her diet, her exercise, her daily habits, lifestyle, and the family history. They ran tests to look at Roz’s internal health levels from a holistic perspective. When the tests came back with abnormally high levels of heavy metal, they realized that her tuna-heavy diet was slowly poisoning her with mercury and the serious impact it had on her endocrine system, causing imbalances of her hormones including her thyroid. This experience educated Roz to better understand the benefits and results of Naturopathic Medicine. The root cause was properly diagnosed, resulting in a treatment plan to eliminate the symptoms and avoiding unnecessary prescription drugs to mask her symptoms.

Years later, Roz became a Naturopathic M.D. so she could help as many people get to the root of their health issues as possible. Because the truth is that most people don’t know just how good they can really feel.

The truth is that most people don’t know just how good they can really feel.
